The breakfast buffet was good....the air conditioning in the room was very good.

The room needed cleaning--there were spider webs behind the furniture. We brought our grandchildren in hopes of having a good time swimming in the pool, however we would not let them swim due to green algae on the walls of the pool. We could tell that the motel had been there for a long time. The drink and snack machines were out of order.

We checked out after one night due to the room being dirty, mold was on walls, shower curtain and ceiling...a lack of upkeep. I chose to pay $10 more per day than stay here. The AC was noisey as well.

When I got there I passed by it a few times because the place had changed its name and is not listed as I booked it. The linen on the bed was poorly placed with no fitted sheet, just a straight sheet and a blanket/comforter. The coffee maker was broken and the refrigerator did not keep our food cold. The room smelled and the place was still under construction. And to top that off, I had to kill 2 big roaches (1 each night). The room was nothing like what I saw in the pictures. I had waited a long time for my vacation time (4 nights) 6/28/12 to 7/2/12 and was highly disappointed.

First of all apparently there is no such thing as the Rodeway Inn Crestview even though that's the reservations I made. When I got to Crestview we drove around in circles and could not find the Rodeway Inn. We finally stopped at a Quality Inn and to ask for directions and they said that we were at the right spot. What????????? Not sure about Booked.net. A person doesn't even know where they will be staying when booking through you guys.

Beer cans everywhere in the couryard. Very few people were staying there. I think I know why.

It was close to everything and everything was down the street!

The young ladies at the front desk where very nice and helpful and they we able to meet my needs.

I just was upset that they didn't have the free internet acess that was promise, but after the young lady explain that they were switching over to new owners.
